Where We Ship

We currently ship orders to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking details to update on the carrier's system.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@jenacase.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered handling or shipping status, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return upon receiving the package.

Restocking Fee: $0 USD (We do not charge any restocking fee for returned products).

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Proof of purchase or valid Order ID is required.

Return Address

Please note that items returned directly without contacting us first will not be accepted. To obtain the authorized Return Address for your region, please email our support team before sending back any package.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please email service@jenacase.com within 48 hours. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled mid-transit.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures. We will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
