Hello. I have sent several messages now to every published email address for the past 3 weeks. Can someone please respond? This company is a scam and will not answer for a return - and the order is completely their mistake.

I received my order, but the incorrect case was sent. I received a case for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I do not have a pro max, just the standard iPhone 15 Pro. When I placed the order it was for the 15 pro. Can you please send me the correct case as well instructions for how to return the case you originally sent.
